Freddie Mercury was a better songwriter & singer.
Over 300+ Million albums & longer in the charts than the Beetles & Lennon.
Plus when you think about it Lennon was an arsehole behind the music, Freddie was a lovely kind person.
Lennon Funded the IRA.
Freddie Funded various Cancer,Children in need & AIDs charities.
Freddie Mercury wrote this song so why is Lennon on it??

You're right, offstage Mercury was a real gentleman. Did he have sex and take drugs? Absolutely, what rockstar doesn't do that, but at least he made some sort of fiscal contribution towards those who are less fortunate. Lennon just sat around shooting up and banging Yoko Ono.
